Ingredients
1 cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup mashed bananas
½ cup blueberry yogurt
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Method
Grease and flour a large loaf pan. Beat sugar and oil. Add bananas, yogurt, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Add flour, baking soda and salt until blended. Stir in blueberries. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan before turning out.
