Ingredients:
½ cup (4 oz) butter or margarine
2 large ripe bananas
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups SR flour
½ teaspoon carb soda
½ cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
Method:
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add mashed bananas.
Beat in flour, soda, cocoa and milk.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan in moderate oven for 35-45 minutes.
Cool. Shift icing sugar over top.
